蒺藜总皂苷对家兔动脉粥样硬化血管重构的影响 被引量:5

Effect of GSTT on Vascular Remodeling in Rabbit with Experimental Atherosclerosis

摘要 目的观察蒺藜总皂苷对家兔动脉粥样硬化血管重构的影响,从而探讨其对动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。方法取50只健康雄性日本大耳白兔,随机取10只作为空白对照组,喂以普通饲料,其余40只给予高脂饮食喂养4周后,再随机分为4组:①模型组10只,继续喂以高脂饲料;②小剂量治疗组10只,喂以高脂饲料和蒺藜总皂苷每只6.3mg/(kg·d);③大剂量治疗组10只,喂以高脂饲料和蒺藜总皂苷12.6mg/(kg·d);④阳性药物对照组:喂以高脂饲料和辛伐他汀2.35mg/(kg·d),2周后,测定血脂及形态学检查,利用计算机图像分析系统观察动脉损伤后血管重构相关指标的变化及药物对其影响。结果与模型组比较,大剂量治疗组、阳性药物对照组中膜面积小、管腔狭窄百分比低(P<0.01)。结论蒺藜总皂苷具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of gross saponins from Tribulus terrestris(GSTT) on vascular remodeling in experimental atherosclerosis rabbit and explore the possible mechanism. Methods Fifty healthy male Japanese white rabbits were used in the experiment, 10 of them were randomly selected and allocated as normal control group and were fed with normal diet. Forty rabbits fed with hypercholesterol diet for 4 weeks and then were divided into four groups randomly: group 1 treated with GSTT 6.3 mg/(kg· d), group 2 with GSTT 12.6 mg/(kg·d) ,group 3 treatedwith simvastatin 2.35 mg/(kg·d) + the low - dose GSTT group and group 4 positive control group and respectively. After administered for 2 weeks, histopathological examination of abdominal aorta with the most obvious lesion was performed, and the changes of related vascular remodeling indexes were observed using computerized image analyzing system. Results GSTT could significantly decreased the area of medial membromt (P 〈0.01) in the positive control group and high - dose GSTT group. Conclusion GSTT played its action in preventing and treating atherosclerosis through inhibiting intimal proliferation and intervening pathological vascular remodeling.
