摘要
蒸馏过程的节能途径主要有:①充分回收利用蒸馏过程的热能,包括显热和潜热的回收利用;②降低蒸馏过程本身能量的需求,方法有采用最佳回流比、采用最适塔板数、合理增大板间距和汽速及运用夹点技术;③提高蒸馏系统的热力学效率,可采取差压蒸馏、热泵蒸馏、蒸发和蒸馏联合装置蒸馏。吸附法能耗很低,是目前工业化比较成熟,最有希望取代蒸馏过程的生产技术。膜分离技术是一个具有发展前景的技术。(孙悟)
The energy-saving approaches in distillation mainly covers the followings: ①full recycle of heat energy including sensible heat and latent heat in distillation; ②reducing the energy requirement in distillation by the use of optimum reflux ratio, optimum plate number, proper increase of plate spacing and vapor speed, and pinch technology;③increasing thermodynamic efficiency of distillation system by using differential pressure distillation, heat pump distillation, vapori- zing-distilling combined distillation. Absorption method is a comparatively mature technology with low energy consumption, which might hopefully take the place of distillation in the near future. In addition, membrane separation technique is also a promising development trend. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
