摘要
目的：使剖宫产中采集的脐血能保质保量的被充分利用。方法：采用封闭式采集法，胎盘娩出后，轻轻挤压胎盘和脐带，增加采集血量。结果：2000—2004年脐血采集例数分别为25、41、25、67和77例。结论：脐血是人的生命之源，采集脐血，使这一资源被充分利用，从而造福人类。
Objective： It introduced the method and step how to make people＇s best to cord blood. Methods： Obturate collecting method was used. After placenta was be childbirthed , extrusion the placenta and umbilical cord slightly, increased the blood content. Results： 2000 -2004 the cases were 25, 41, 25, 67 and 77. Conclusion： The cord blood is the life fountain, to make the best of it can benefit to mankind.
