摘要 10 m长抽油泵筒内壁电镀硬质镀层一直是电镀界的一大难点,而要做到清洁生产则更难。介绍了将“纳菲尔”钨合金电镀工艺成功应用于抽油泵筒内壁的表面处理生产线的设计方案,并与抽油泵筒国内外传统表面处理工艺进行了比较。结果表明,用这种方法建造的生产线设计巧妙、造价低廉、产品综合性能好、工艺控制简单。 It is very difficult to electroplate hard deposit on the inner wall of 10-meter long oil well pump,and the difficulty becomes more intense with respect to the clean production of such hard deposits for the inner walls of the oil well pump.Thus 'nano film' electroplating of tungsten alloy coating was successfully applied to the production line for the surface treatment of the inner wall of the oil well pump.The newly established surface treatment process was compared to other conventional surface treatment methods used for the oil well pump.It was found that the titled production line based on the 'nano film' electroplating of tungsten was rational in terms of design and cost.Moreover,it was characterized by good comprehensive properties of the products and simple process control as well, and could readily meet with the requirements for the clean surface treatment production of the inner walls of oil well pump.
