摘要
发稿库库存量是影响稿件发表时间的关键因素之一,文章分析了影响发稿库库存量的两个指标:一是二审库稿件进入发稿库的入库率,二是发稿库中排队时间为x的稿件的刊登率.最后给出了研究问题的数学描述.
Inventory of the accepted papers database is one of the key factors to influence the publish time. This paper analyses two indexes of influencing the inventory of the accepted papers： one is the pass rate that the papers enter the accepted papers database, the other is the publish rate that the papers wait x time. Lastly, mathematical description is given.
