摘要
水平连铸 H65黄铜带坯时,由于非平衡结晶导致带坯边部β相较多且分布不均匀;在冷轧过程中,由于β相与α相的滑移不一致,在相界处产生应力集中,导致带材边部产生冷轧裂纹。通过调整合金成分和改进生产工艺,可改善金属的组织结构,从而有效改善或避免冷轧裂纹的产生。
During horizontal continuous casting of H65 brass strip, because of non-equilibrium solidification, there is more and nonuniform-distributed β phase in the both sides of the strip. In the cold rolling process, because the slip of β phase is inconsistent with that of α phase , so large stress concentration exists in the phase boundary, which bnng about the cold-rolling cracking. The cold-rolling cracking can be effectively averted or reduced by adjusting alloy composition and/or production process.
