摘要
以龟裂链霉菌MY02菌株为试材,采用单因子试验与均匀试验相结合的方法,通过二次多项式回归分析,筛选出活性组分SN06最佳发酵培养基配方,并建立了多元二次回归数学模型。菌株MY02优化发酵培养基的最佳配方:淀粉质量分数为2.69%,花生饼粉质量分数为1.39%,(NH4)2SO4质量分数为0.18%,CaCO3质量分数为0.14%,NaCl质量分数为0.16%。根据回归模型计算出SN06理论效价与实测效价相比较,二者非常接近,拟合误差小。
Active components SN06 in fermentation of Streptomyces rimosus MY02 show antagonism against pathogen. It is a basic implementation for production of SN06 that screens medium ingredients and corresponding dosage. In this study, the optimum medium ingredients and dosage of Streptomyces rimosus MY02 were determined using uniform design combined with regression analysis. A regression model was developedl The optimum medium was starch 2.69%, peanut steep powder 1.39%, (NH4)2S04 0.18%, CaC03 0.14% and NaC1 0.16% .The regression model was tested with titre of SN06. The tested result fitted well with those calculated with the model. The results confirmed the applicability of uniform design for screening the best medium ingredients for SN06.
