摘要
应用有限条法（ＦＳＭ）对轧后带材在残余内应力作用下引起的板形缺陷问题进行了计算．结果与前人研究工作基本相符．针对典型的残余应力分布形式．对其板形状态和屈曲变形进行了分析．为建立轧后带材板形判别模型提供了一条新的途径．
The shape defetcts of cold rolled strip caused by the interior residual stress are studied by the finite strip method. It also puts forward a analysical method which is similar to actual deformation process. The calculated results agree well with results obtained by others. In addition. the shape status andbuckling deformation corresponding with typical distributions of the residual stress are discussed. This paper provides a new way for establishing shape discriminant model of cold rolled strip.
