摘要
通过对国内政府投资项目的审批过程与国外政府投资项目的造价管理的对比，提出我国工程项目造价管理的改革思路，为我国与国际接轨做好充分的准备。
This paper proposes refoma concept of our construction cost management through comparing the examination and approving process of our government-invested project and the cost management of abroad government-invested project, which to prepare well for our country to be in line with nations.
