介绍了公寓式住宅和公寓式办公的概念,并就其防火设计过程中存在的问题,从疏散楼梯的设置、疏散出口的设置宽度及数量、内部装修、增设夹层、消防设施设置几方面做了详细论述,以使这一新型房地产形态更好地发展。
The definition of apartment house and apartment office are introduced. In light of existing problems in fire-protection design process, the author illustrates the setting of escape stair, length and quantity of emergency exit, superimposing of interlayer and setting of fireprotection equipment, in order to make this new real estate type a better development.
