摘要
在分析状态估计算法原理的基础上,结合江苏南通电网能量管理系统(EMS)的实际应用,系统讨论了状态估计工程化调试和维护方法,包括量测、拓扑关系、模型参数的辨识和校正方法,以及量测控制在状态估计中的应用。实际应用表明,这些方法对维护SCADA量测、提高状态估计量测合格率和保证状态估计的实用化是有效的。
Based on the analysis of state estimation algorithm principles, according to the practical application of energy management system OPEN3000 in Nantong grid,the paper discusses the project debugging and maintenance method of real time state estimation software,including measurement,topology connection,model parameter identification and correction, as well as application of measure control in state estimation. The practical application shows that the methods are effective to maintain SCADA measurement,increase pass ratio of state estimation measurement and guarantee the practicality of state estimation.
