摘要
在介绍了等离子体对煤粉空气混合物热物理作用的基础上,提出了等离子燃烧器设计原理、一级燃烧筒设计优化的目标函数和一级燃烧筒设计的四要素。通过理论分析、数值模拟、热态点火和工程应用等多个环节,得到了优化的等离子燃烧器一级燃烧筒结构参数曲线,并以工程应用验证了设计优化方法的可行性。
Starting with an introduction to the thermophysical effect of plasma on mixtures of air and pulverized coal, the design principles of plasma burners are explained, together with a presentation of object functions for optimizing the design of the first stage burner-barrel and the four factors essential for designing the barrel. The construction parameter curves of optimized first stage barrels, the feasibility of which have been vindicated by practical application, were obtained by means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, hot state ignition tests and engineering application.
