摘要
本文对金属烤瓷修复体的金属四种不同的表面处理:粗化、清洗、除气,预氧化进行实验研究。提示金属烤瓷修复体的金属表面处理应完整地包括粗化、清洗、除气、预氧化。缺少任何一个步骤都会使金-瓷结合强度明显降低。
This article discusses the effect of four various surface pretreatment of gold on bond strength between porcelain and gold. It can be concluded that surface pretreatment of gold before foring porcelain is very important. It includes sand blast, clearing, degassing and preoxidation.
