摘要
目的调查吉林省的吸血蠓。方法采用帐诱、灯诱和挥网法采集蠓;收集吉林省吸血蠓的文献。结果记述延边库蠓1新种(Culicoides yanbianensis);给出吉林省分布的2属39种吸血蠓名录及其分布。新种模式标本保存在沈阳军区疾病预防控制中心。结论为深入开展吉林省吸血蠓的研究提供了依据。
Objective To investigate species composition of the Blood-sucking Midges in Jilin province of China. Methods Using mosquito-curtain trap, light trap and insect net to collect midges, collecting the literature about blood-sucking midges in Jilin for identification. Results A new speises was described and illustrated. Catalogue and distribution of 2 genera and 39 species of midges in Jilin were given. The type specimen is deposited in the Shenyang Military Command Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Conclusion Basis for further studies on blood-sucking midges in Jilin is provided.
Culicoides yanbianensis sp. nov. （Fig. 1 ）
The new species is somewhat similar to Culicoides simulator Edwards, 1939 in wing spots, but the wing of the latter is dark in cell R2 and has a pale spot in cell A, and the shape of aedeagus of male obviously differs from the new species.
Male wing length 1.05 mm. Eyes without interfacetal hairs; antennal ratio （AR） 1.01, sensilla coeloconica of antennae on segments 3, 13-15; third segment of palpus with sensory pit, palpal ratio （PR） 2.86. Wing with 9 pale spots. Hindtibial comb with 4 spines, the second spur longest. Cudal margin of ninth tegum with apicolateral processes. Aedeagus basal arch extending to one-fifth of total length, top with a arcus process. Parameres with basal arm separated, midportion closer, slender and curve at tip.
