摘要
选用15只甘肃高山细毛羊，按体重分为3组：I组注射生理盐水作为对照组；Ⅱ组埋植褪黑激素（36mg）；Ⅲ组埋植褪黑激素（36mg）＋孕马血清激素（400u），研究褪黑素埋植对绵羊体重、发情和血浆中激素的影响。结果表明：0～15天、15～30天褪黑激素＋孕马血清激素组体增重分别显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）；30～45天、45～60天褪黑激素组体增重分别显著低于对照组（P＜0．05），其它时期各组无显著差异性，总增重和末重也无显著差异性（P＞0．05）。褪黑素组第一只母羊发情时间比对照组早30天，发情率比对照组提高40个百分点。在整个曲线中，I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组都呈振幅性变化。I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组孕酮波动周期分别为31、24、40天左右。
According to the weight, the fifteen Gansu Alpine Finewool Merino ewes were divided into three groups and studied the effect on the weight and oestrus： ewes of the first group were implanted with melatonin （36 mg） ; The second group with melatonin （36 mg） and progestational hormone （ 400 u） ; The third group were injected with physiological saline as a contrast. The results showed that the weight increasing of the second group was remarkable lower than the contrast group＇s during 0-15 d and 15-30 d, and the first group was remarkable lower than the contrast group during 15 -30 d and 30 -45 d , each group was no difference in other times and the total and end weight increasing of three goups were no remarkable difference. He oestrus time of first ewe of the first group was advanced 30d and the rate of oestrus was improved a 40 percent than the contrast group. It is showed that melatonin is provided the Gansu Alpine Finewool Merino ewes with the effect of the advance of oestrus.
