摘要
通过对福建沿海防护林木麻黄采穗圃的营建与生产技术的试验研究,确定了木麻黄采穗圃的母株定植密度以0.8 m×0.5 m较为适宜;以40 cm截干高度的母株所采的木麻黄穗条为最多;1年生母株的穗条水培的出根率达90%以上;第3年穗条的出根率仍在50%以上,木麻黄采穗圃作为无性快繁水培苗可持续使用3 a以上;共培育了速生抗病木麻黄2号(P10-33)、3号(粤501),抗风抗虫的惠1、C38、C44等抗逆无性系的出根苗600多万株。
Establishment and production technology for the coastal protective forest of Casuarinn spp. in Fujian was studied. Results showed that the suitable relatively plants density of the maternal plant is 0.8 m × 0. 5 m. The scions of Casuarinn spp. cutted from the 40 cm truncation are the most. The hydroponics rooting of scions cutted from the l-year-old maternal plant is up to 90%. The 3-year-old rooting was still up to 50%, so the hydroponics seedlings in the cutting orchard of Casuarinn spp. can be continue used more than 3 years. More than 6 million fast-growing and anti-disease Casuarinn spp. No. 2( P10-33 ), No. 3( Yue 501 ) ,Huil with wind-reslstance and pest-resistance , C38, C44 saplings were cultivated together.
