摘要
新时期我国农村人民内部利益矛盾广泛存在于收入、土地、干群关系、就业等领域,已经对农村社会的稳定和发展造成了一定影响。我们必须从促进改革、维护社会和谐方面予以高度重视。只有正确反映和兼顾不同方面群众的利益,妥善处理相关利益问题和矛盾,才能调动一切积极因素,为建设社会主义新农村凝聚力量,保证全面小康社会的顺利实现。
Abstract：The interests contradictions among the rural people in the new era exist widely in the fields of income, land, the relation between cadres and the masses and employment, which already has some influence on the stability and development of rural society. We must pay close attention to this problem by taking reform and social harmony into eonsideration. Only by taking into consideration the interests of different people and properly handling contradictions of related interests can we stimulate various active factors, condense force for the construction of new-type socialist countryside and guarantee the smooth realization of the well-off society.
