摘要
目的观察补阳还五汤对中风后遗症患者红细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响。方法将患者65例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予复方丹参注射液、三磷酸胞苷二钠静滴,治疗组加服补阳还五汤。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗组治疗后Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶均较治疗前活性升高,而对照组治疗前后Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶变化无统计意义。结论加用补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症效果优于单纯西药治疗,且能提高患者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶的活性,纠正离子代谢紊乱。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Buyang huanwu Decoction(补 阳 还 五 汤 ) on the activity of erythrocyte ATPase of patients with apoplectic in sequela stage .Methods:65 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,both groups accepted treatment by compound injection salvia miltiorrhiza and CTP injection the treatment group was treated withBuyanghuanwu Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than of the control group; the activities of the erythrocyte Na+ - K+ - ATPase and Ca+ - Mg2+ - ATPase were higher in the treatment group after treated,while there was no statistics menaing in the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of adding Buyang huanwu Decoctionon apoplectic sequela patient is more effective than simple WM treatment,while the former can increase the activity of the erythrocyte Na+ - K+ - ATPase;Ca+ - Mg2+ - ATPase and Ca+ - Mg2+ - ATPase, correct the disorder of the ion metabolism.
