摘要
加入WTO后,教育服务贸易全面开放将对我国产生重要影响,特别是对高等教育服务领域更是带来巨大的机遇与挑战。文章从当前国际、国内高等教育服务贸易现状出发,提出我国高等教育服务贸易逆差额大的问题,进而对我国高等教育服务业不发达、高等教育服务的境外消费等动因进行分析,探寻高等教育服务贸易发展的变化规律,找出扭转贸易逆差的一系列对策与建议。
As China has already become a member of WTO, the full scale opening of education service trade will greatly affect the whole country, especially brings mere opportunities and challenges to the higher education service field. This paper intends to put forward the problem of big trade deficit of the higher education service in the light of the current situations both home and abroad. Furthermore, it analyses the underdevelopment of the higher education service in China and the motivations of consuming it in foreign countries so as to explore the rules of the higher education service trade development and find out a series of countermeasures and suggestions for retorting the trade deficit.
