摘要
目的揭示摩托车交通事故的特点及规律。方法运用本所研制的“交通事故调查分析软件系统”及统计软件对重庆市10年摩托车交通事故资料进行分析。结果42.4%摩托车事故发生在夏季,但每月及每周中事故发生率无明显变化。98.5%摩托车事故是由男性驾驶员造成,且80.8%驾驶员处于20至40岁之间。事故中驾驶员多见重伤,乘客多见轻伤。天气与道路情况等环境因素对摩托车事故的发生有影响。84.4%的事故驾驶员驾驶年限不足一年。多车事故中,摩托车驾驶员以无责和次要责任为主。结论重庆市摩托车交通事故多发于夏季;事故摩托车驾驶员多为驾龄不足一年的青年男性;驾驶员、乘客和行人伤情特点各不同;大部分事故原因与摩托车有关,但在多车事故中,有一半以上是因其他车辆原因所致。
Objective To investigate characteristics and rules of motorcycle accidents in Chongqing. Methods By 'Traffic accident investigation and analysis system' developed by our institution and statistic software, ten years motorcycle accidents data have been analyzed. Results ①42. 4% motorcycle accidents happened in summer. ②98.5% motorcycle accidents resulted from male motorcyclist, and 80. 8% motorcyclists were between 20 and 40 years old. ③In accidents motorcyclists often got serious injuries and passenger slight injuries. ④Environmental tactors made the difference in motorcycle accidents, such as weather, road etc. ⑤Motorcycle accidents causeu by motorcyclists with less than one year of driving accounted for 84.4%.⑥In multi - vehicles accidents most motorcyclists were irresponsibility and secondary responsibility. Conclusion There are special characteristics in motorcycle accidents, except commonness of motor vehicle accidents. Motorcycle accidents possess seasonality and there is peak time in summer. In accidents most motorcyclists are young man, with limited experience on driving. There is different traumatic condition among motorcyclists, passengers and pedestrians. Most motorcycle accidents are caused by other vehicle in multi - vehicles accidents.
