摘要
本文在极低速情况下,模拟测定了仪表齿轮在一齿啮合过程中两齿轮齿面间摩擦系数的变化情况。测量结果表明,在极低速状态下,仪表齿轮齿面间的摩擦系数几乎与齿面间的作用力无关,但随齿面相对滑动速度的增加而线性增加。
The friction factor between two tooth surfaces of instrument gears during one meshing process is imitatively measured in this paper under the condition of ultra-low-speed. Results show that the frictional factor almost has nothing to do with applied forces, but increases linearly with the sliding speed between the tooth faces.
