急性脑卒中患者早期康复介入的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:对急性脑卒中患者开展规范的早期康复介入,探讨对偏瘫肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:80例急性脑卒中患者随机分对照组、康复组,并对后者采用规范化的康复介入,于治疗前后用Fugl—Meyer法Barthel指数评定两组患者偏瘫肢体运动功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。结果:治疗后两组Fugl—Meyer值及Barthel指数积分均明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异,(P<0.01)结论:急性脑卒患者早期介入规范系统的康复治疗能促进神经功能恢复,降低致残率,明显提高生存质量。
