丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉用于LC的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉在电视腹腔镜胆囊摘除术(LC)中的应用价值。方法:观察368例患者丙泊酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉中ECG、SPO2、VT、RR、HR、SBP、DBP、MAP的变化,并记录手术时间(气腹时间)、麻醉时间、术毕清醒时间、拔管期躁动率、术后恶心、呕吐及术中知晓发生率。结果:所有患者均无麻醉并发症,术毕清醒时间为4.15±1.86分,拔管期躁动率为5%,术后恶心、呕吐发生率为4%,术中知晓发生率3%。结论:此方法安全有效,麻醉效果好,方法简便,可广泛用于临床。
