摘要
目的：总结腹壁切口疝的治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析2002年1月至2005年8月11例腹壁切口疝的临床资料。结果：11例中人工补片修补10例。11例均治愈，随访0．5～3．5年无复发。结论：人工补片修补腹壁切口疝是安全可靠的方法，应根据疝环缺损的大小选用不同的补片及修补方法。
Objective：To summarize the experiences of treatment on the incisional hernia in abdominal wall. Methods： The clinical data of 11 cases with incisional hernia from Jan 2002 to Aug 2005 was retrospectively analyzed. Results： 11 cases were cured and no relapsed case durring 0.5 - 3.5 years follow - up. Conclusion： lt： is safe and reliable to repair incisional hernia using artificial patche. The different patches and repairing meth,xts could be chosen according to the size of the ring.
