摘要
运用Matlab工程数据计算软件进行了薄板坯与传统厚板结晶器内应力场数值模拟计算,得出薄板坯与传统厚板应力场和裂纹指数分布不同。薄板坯应力高于传统厚板,并且在结晶器漏斗边缘存在一应力集中区域,裂纹指数较大,其裂纹敏感区域与其结晶器的特殊结构有关。
Using Matlab project data software, the numerical simulation of the force field in the CSP slab mold and in traditional thick slab mold were carried out, and the diffecrence between them were compared. The results showed that the force in the CSP is higher than in the thick slab mold, and the filler edge of CSP slab mold have more force than other area because of its break of shape.
