摘要
为提高优质钢铸坯质量,石横特钢厂对R9m方坯连铸机进行了设备改进和工艺优化。应用表明,产品结构优化,铸坯的气体含量和夹杂物的含量大大降低,铸坯低倍组织改善,杜绝了中间裂纹、鼓肚等缺陷,降低了铸坯脱方、疏松、缩孔、重接等缺陷的概率。
In order to improve the quality of superior billet. R9m Billet CC was optimized in Shiheng Special Steel Plant. After optimization, the product structure was optimized, the content of gas and inclusions in billet were resuced, macrostructure of billet was improved. So that the middle crack and bulging deformation were ceased, and the probability of the different side, poriness, shrink hole and superposition of billet was reduced.
