摘要
面对城市化的快速发展以及城市总体规划不能适应当前城市发展要求的现实,本文在分析城市总体规划主要存在问题的基础上,提出新时期城市总体规划的编制重点应突出“四性”,强化“五规”。即突出规划的协调性、社会性、经济性和应变性,强化区域规划、综合交通规划、生态环境规划、旧城区更新改造与保护利用规划和近期建设规划。
Facing the rapid progress of urbanization and the phenomenon that city master plan can not keep pace with city development, by analyzing the main problems existing in city master plan, this paper points out that the compilation of city master plan in the new period should lay emphasis on ＂Four Features＂ and ＂Five Plans＂, which refers to stressing the coordinated feature, social feature, economic feature and adaptable feature of the city master plan and strengthen the regional plan, comprehensive transportation plan, ecological environmental plan, regeneration and protection plan in old city proper and short-term construction plan.
