摘要
简述国内外工程塑料、特种工程塑料及ABS行业状况,给出近年来国内工程塑料的需求情况、市场消费情况及进口情况,并指出国内工程塑料行业与先进国家水平的差距。在分析国内工程塑料行业“十一五”期间面临的形势的基础上,提出中国工程塑料工业“十一五”发展规划的指导思想、规划目标与主要任务。还提出了实现“十一五”发展规划的具体措施与政策建议。
The industry status of engineering plastics,special engineering plastics and ABS resin at home and abroad are outlined. The data on the requirement, consumption and importation of engineering plastics at home in recent years are listed, and the deficiency of engineering plastics industry at home comparing with that of advanced country is pointed out. Based on the analysis of the situation being confronted in the eleventh five-year of engineering plastics industry at home, the guilding ideology, goal and main task for the eleventh five-year plan for engineering plastics industry of china are put forward. Specific measure and policy suggestion for realizing the eleventh five-year plan are also brought forward.
