摘要
毕业后医学教育全球标准自2003年1月公布至今,得到世界各国的广泛重视。论文通过对12所高校附属医院相关人员的调查,并对结果进行统计分析,认为毕业后医学教育工作取得很大成绩,但也存在着一些问题,培训中的某些领域有待进一步加强。
Global standard of post-graduate medical education has been emphasized in every country since its publication in January, 2003. In this study, investigations have been undertaken in 12 hospitals affiliated to medical colleges, and the results have been analyzed statistically. It is demonstrated that great achievements have been made in post-graduate medical education, while there are still weaknesses in some areas, which are to be strengthened.
