摘要
文章针对目前西部县域经济发展落后,生态环境急剧恶化的现象,结合环境保护中的循环经济理论,提出将循环经济理论运用于西部生态旅游县域的建设之中。并通过分析“恭城模式”,指出建设循环型生态旅游县域是解决西部地区现有问题的最佳模式。
The artical according to fraile ecological enviroment and under-developed economy in the western region of china,combined with circular economic theory.It pointed that the development of circular economic is the best mode choice for western region.
