摘要
乡镇卫生院与国有医院的所有制属性、所承担的职能不同,因此两者在改制的原则、目标、方向等方面也会存在不同之处。对此,借鉴国有医院改制的基本经验,提出我国城乡二元结构下乡镇卫生院改制的政策取向。
There was significant difference in the property and duty between township hospitals and national hospitals. It was much different in the principles, aims, and directions of the system reform between them. Analyzing the basic experiences from the reform in national hospitals, the authors suggested the policy tendency for township hospitals under dual socioeconomic structure.
