摘要
目的：了解重庆市儿童常规免疫接种情况，对全市2002年常规免疫接种率报告监测系统提供的数据进行分析评价。结果：2002年全市常规免疫接种卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗、乙型肝炎疫苗等5种疫苗的报告接种率均在90％以上，估算接种率为55．6％～85．4％；部分区县报告接种率可信性较低。结论：进一步搞好常规免疫接种率报告的同时，需加强常规免疫薄弱地区的计划免疫工作。
Objective： To get the information abut routine immunization coverage in Chongqibg through evaluating the data provided by the surveillance system throughout chongqing in 2002. Results： The reported immunization coverage rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV and HBV were more than 90% in 2002, but the estimated rates ranged from 55.6% to 85.4%. The reported rates of some areas were doubtful. Conclusion： It is necessary to take more time to improve the work of reporting the routine immunization coverage rate. Meanwhile, the routine immunization work for poorly vaccinated areas needed to be strengthened.
