在当今竞争激烈的市场环境下基于顾客关系管理的企业经营理念,越来越受到企业的重视。一种基于数据挖掘的PCB质量诊断方法应运而生,该方法能够建立顾客信息的搜集以及快速反应机制,针对顾客所反映的质量问题,做出正确、快速的回复与处理。
Nowadays within the hotly competitive market, the management concept, which is based on customer relationship management (CRM), is more and more concerned by companies. Therefore a method of quality diagnosis for printed circuit board based on data mining is proposed. This method has established a mechanism to collect customers' information and to deal with them as quickly and correctly as possible.
