摘要
本文报告采用异种异体静脉(猪的腔静脉)为移植材料,在鼓室成形术中修建鼓膜24耳。其中19耳为慢性单纯型中耳炎,行鼓室成形术Ⅰ型。5耳为骨疡型或胆脂瘤型中耳炎,行鼓室成形术Ⅱ—Ⅲ型。文中介绍了异种异体静脉的灭活处理改性贮藏等制备保存方法、使用方法、术后愈合过程和临床资料。最后就移植成败的关键及尚存在的问题进行了讨论。
The heterograft (vena cava of pig) of tympanoplasty in 24 cases werereported. Among them 19 cases were otitis media simplex and the restsuffering from otitis media cholesteatomatica.In this paper,we describedthe process of postoperative recover, process of preparation, preservation,and usage of pig vein. Some special problem were discussed too.
