摘要
本文检测了92例糖尿病患者的血清Apo-B水平,并选择44例正常人做对照,结果见糖尿病患者的Apo-B水平,明显高于正常人(P<0.05),且40岁以上中老年组比年轻组Apo-B升高明显。
We determined serum levels of apoprotein B by RIA in 92 DM patients.Change in values of Apo-B was statistically significant between DMpatients and healthy controls (P<0.05), and the higher the value ofApo-B, the more the complications of vessel observed.
