球囊漂浮电极导管床旁心脏临时起搏术28例临床分析

摘要
传统心脏临时起搏术需要到放射科在X线透视下进行，患者需要搬动；部分基层医院缺少导管室，尚需搬运监护抢救设备和抢救药物等，有影响到抢救及时性的可能。我院于2002年至2006年应用球囊漂浮电极导管非X线透视下行床旁心脏临时起搏术28例，取得临床经验，现报道如下：
