摘要
本文报道了对75例膀胱癌病人于肿瘤切除或肿瘤活组织检查后,应用卡介苗膀胱内灌注进行治疗和预防其术后复发,随访75例,3～45个月,复发7例。尽管卡介苗可能引起不良反应,但经采取相应的处理后,可使症状缓解或消失。
Intravesical instillations of BCG were carried out in 75 cases of bladdercancer for the treatment and prevention of postoperative recurrence.The instillations were instituted after resection or tumor biopsy.75patients have been followed up,and only 7 of them showed recurrence.Although some side-effects do Occur with BCG instillation,but thesymptoms could usualy be relieved by proper management.
