摘要
文化建设不仅是建设社会主义新农村的内在要求和重要内容,而且也是新农村建设的文化支撑。当前我国农村文化建设与广大农民群众的精神文化需求还不相适应,与建设社会主义新农村的目标还有不小距离。为此,必须深化对农村文化建设重要性的认识,加强农村基层公共文化设施建设,大力培育农村文化产业,创新农村文化体制,建设过硬的乡村文化队伍,努力为新农村建设提供文化支撑。
The culture construction is not only the inherent demand and important content of the construction of new socialistic rural, but also the cultural sustainment of new rural construction. The current rural cultural construction condition in our country has not adapted to the peasant＇s intellectual cultural demand and new socialistic rural construction demand. So we must understand the importance of the rural cultural construction ,reinforce the rural grass-roots public cultural installation construction, develop the rural cultural industry, innovate the rural cultural system and train a good rural cultural troop.
