摘要
对6个棉花品种幼苗进行4℃低温处理,以室温25℃为对照,分析了不同棉花品种幼苗电导率、根系活力、过氧化物酶和可溶性糖的含量。结果表明:低温处理下,耐低温品种的棉花幼苗电导率增加幅度和根系活力下降幅度较小,POD活性和可溶性糖的含量增幅较大;抗寒性较好的品种有028、双抗321、中棉所41、鲁棉22,其中028的抗寒性最强。
Abstract In this paper, six cotton variety seedlings were treated with 4℃ for 72 hours. The author analyzed the different cotton variety conductivity, the root system vigor, the peroxide enzyme (POD) and the soluble sugar content as room temperature 25℃ as the comparison. The result indicated: anti-low temperature cotton variety seedling's conductivity increased a little and the root system vigor dropped smaller under low temperature treatment, and the POD activity and the increased content of soluble sugar was bigger. Among all the cotton varieties, 028, Shuangkang 321, Zhongmiansuo 41, Lumian 22 had the resistance to low temperature and the cold tolerance of 028 was strongest.
