摘要
随着信息技术的发展和计算机网络的普及,图书馆调查读者信息的方式也多种多样,目前基于网络的调查方式主要有:E-mail、在线调查、数据库统计、Web挖掘等。文章分析了各方式的特点以及影响调查效果的因素,并提出了解决问题的对策。
With the development of information technology and the popularization of computer network, there are various approaches for libraries to investigate readers＇ iaformation,Currently, the main web-based investigating mode includes E-mail, on-line investigation, database-based statistic, web mining etc.This paper analyses the characteristic of each approach and the factors which can influence the investigation result.Finally, solution of these problem has been given.
