摘要
本文分析我院2年来剖宫产的指征和并发症,说明剖宫产率上升原因主要仍是临床上许多难产因素造成的,加上近年围产期工作开展较多,及时发现一些非难产因素增加了剖宫产率。剖宫产虽能迅速和较安全的结束分娩挽救母婴生命,但剖宫产术中出血,术后感染会给产妇带来痛苦和经济负担,应引起注意。
The analytical results of the indications of Cesarean section and its maincomplications in our hospital in recent 2 years was reported.It showedthat the increasing of Cesarean section rate was caused by many kindsof dystocia clincally as well as many nondystocia factors which werediscovered in time as the perinatal period work was developed in recentyears.Delivery can be ended rapidly and safely through Cesareansection to save both the mother and baby's life,but the bleeding duringand after operation,and the postnatal infection will bring sufferingand economic load to the patient.Attention should be paled to masterthe indications of Cesarean section and management of postoperativecomplications.
