絮凝—吸附法处理焦化废水的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过比较絮凝、吸附、催化氧化几种工艺不同组合对焦化废水的处理效果,确定了絮凝—吸附最佳处理工艺,进行了絮凝剂的筛选、pH值及絮凝剂投加量对絮凝效果的影响、活性炭投加量对吸附效果的影响等实验。研究结果表明:采用絮凝—吸附法深度处理焦化二沉池水,CODCr从536 mg/L降至96mg/L,强化处理曝气池水,CODCr从1 440mg/L降至92mg/L,去除率分别达到82.1%和93.6%,出水清澈透明,可回收利用。 Throngh comparing with different combination by flocculating, absorbing, catalytic oxidizing and the result of treatment to deal with coking wastewater, having confirmed the combination of flocculation and absorption is the best craft, trying on the ridding of coagulate, the influence of PH and the addition of coagulate, the addition of active carbon and so on. The result shows that, adopting the method of flocculation - absorption to deal with the second sink pool coking water, the CODe., reduced from 536 mg/L to 96mg/L, deal with the aeration- tank, the CODCr, reduced from 1440 mg/L to 92mg/L, the removal rate of CODCr are 82.1% and 93.6%. After treatment, the waster water becomes clear and can be recycled.
