摘要
论述了森林认证的概念、目的及我国森林认证工作开展的现状。分析了河南省林业发展的优势和不利条件。认为开展森林认证工作可以促进河南省的森林可持续经营;有利于与国际接轨,开拓国际市场;有利于提高企业的经营技术水平和管理能力;保护生态环境和生物多样性。但是该工作目前尚属起步阶段。
The concept, purpose and current developmental situation in China of forest identification are elaborated and advantages ＆ disadvantages of forestry development of Henan province are analyzed as well. It concludes that forest identification can promote forest sustainable management of Henan province, be favorable for international linkage, open up international market; be good for improving technique skills and management capability of enterprises, as well as protecting ecological environment ＆ biodiversity. But the job of forest identification is still at an initial stage.
