摘要
论述了Fe/W-P-Ce合金刷镀液主盐、辅盐、还原剂、络合剂的类型和含量以及pH值对沉积速度的影响。结果表明:刷镀液含12g/L稀土化合物CeC l3.6H2O时,促进了金属离子还原析出,提高了形核率,镀层质量良好,沉积速度高,大于此值后,沉积速度下降;FeC l2(氯化亚铁)做主盐,可采用可溶性的低碳钢阳极代替目前国内通用的不溶性石墨阳极,使刷镀过程中阳离子能随时得到补充,残余镀液可以有效重复利用,提高了沉积速度。
The effects of the type and content of main salt, assistant salt, reducer, complexlng agent of Fe/W-P-Ce alloy brush-plating solution and its pH value on deposition speed are discussed. The result shows that while the concentration of brush-plating solution containing the rare earth compound CeCl3 · 6H2O is 12 g/ L, the metal ion is promoted to reduce and dissolve. The form pit rate is raised, the layer quality is good, and the deposition speed is high. As the concentration is higher than 12 g/L, the deposition speed will descend. If the FeCl2(second iron chloride) is main salt, the dissolvable low carbon steel anode is adopted which can replace conventional insoluble graphite anode at home, making the cation get complement at any time in the brushplating process. The remaining plating solution can be explored repeatedly and effectively, so the deposition speed is raised.
