添加物对βPbO_2离子膜电极表面形貌的影响

摘要 在化学镀液中加入添加物,可以改变离子膜电极表面形貌。试验研究了加入F-和Fe2+两种添加物后,βPbO2镀层形貌特征的变化。试验结果证明,F-能减缓沉积过程中Pb2+的释放速率,使得βPbO2镀层颗粒细小、均匀、致密;加入Fe2+镀层比加入F-效果更好,因为超声波搅拌,Pb和Fe的分布都比较均匀,是理想的镀层沉积形式。 To add the additives in electroless plating solution, the surface structure of ion-membrane electrode would be remarkably improved. These improvements are investigated when F^- and Fe^2+ are used in processes. The experimental results show that the F^- can slow down the release rate of Pb^2+ in deposition process and make the catalytic coating compact, uniform, adhesion tight. The Fe^2+ has better effect than F^- in this side. Because of ultrasonic stirring, Pb and Fe distributions are uniform in coating and become the ideal form of βPbO2 ion-membrane electrode.
