摘要
1976年～1986年,收治尺骨鹰嘴骨折并尺神经损伤患者6例。其中4例尺神经断裂:1例伤后3个月发现,再吻合,结果为可,3例立即吻合,由于骨折未进行外固定,尺神经功能恢复不佳,结果均为差,这3例有1例不愈合。6例中另2例伤时无有尺神经损伤,术中损伤了尺神经,均被立即治疗,1例结果优,另1例不详。本文详细讨论失误原因及预防。
From Nov.1976 to Dec.1986,we treated 6 cases who had open fracture of the olecranon with injury of the ulnar nerve and were delayed by us.4 cases associated with the severing of the ulnar nerve.The injured ulnar nerve of 1 case among the 4 cases was observed to be rejoined in the third month after operation.The final result was
passable.The ulnar nerve of three cases was sutured.The final result was poor because the outside immobilization on bone was not done.1 case among the three cases was nonunion.The ulnar nerve of the other two cases was not injured in pre-operation but during operation the ulnar nerve was injured and it were immediately treated.The final
result of 1 case was excellent.The other case was not detail.Discussion of the causes of delaying and precautions in detail.Was made in this report.
