摘要
通过大量的试验研究发现,影响大直径潜孔锤冲击能量传递的因素可归纳为:冲锤与钻头体质量比;冲锤与钻头体直径比;钻压大小等,这一规律的发现使潜孔锤与钻头达到了合理的级配,提高了能量利用率,从而提高了潜孔锤使用效果。
Studies on the percussive energy transfer of large diameter DTH hammers show that the percussive energy transfer is affected by weight proportion, diameter proportion of percussive piston and bit. It can direct design of large diameter DTH hammer and bit,improve application effect of DTH hammer.
