摘要
韩国实行中央集权的教育行政管理体制，从1991年起致力于促进教育的分权和自治。本文分别介绍了中央、地方和学校三个层面的教育管理组织结构及其功能，同时还介绍了韩国教育财政管理、教师管理以及课程和教材管理情况。目前，由于一些原因，韩国的教育分权和自治道路还存在着一些障碍。
The educational management system in Korea is centralized. Since 1991,Korea began to decentralize and bring more autonomy to education. This article introduces the structure and function of central educational system,local educational system and school respectively,simultaneously it introduces educational finance management,the teacher management as well as the curriculum and teaching material management in Korea. At present,for some reasons,there are also many difficulties in the process of educational decentralization.
