脑血康口服液加康复训练治疗急性脑出血病人30例

摘要 目的观察脑出血急性期病人采用脑血康口服液加康复治疗对病人愈后的影响。方法采用脑血康口服液加康复训练(治疗组)治疗急性脑出血30例,并与同期入院采用常规内科治疗(对照组)的急性脑出血病人30例进行比较。治疗前及治疗3周后均行头颅CT扫描以对比血肿吸收情况,并评价其神经功能缺损程度。结果综合治疗组血肿吸收速度明显优于对照组,神经功能缺损评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),临床总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为70.00%(P<0.05)。结论脑血康口服液加早期康复训练有利于病人缺损神经功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生。
