国产雷帕霉素洗脱支架在老年冠心病病人中的早期临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价国产雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架(FirebirdTM),在老年冠心病病人介入治疗中的早期临床应用疗效及其安全性。方法2004年11月—2005年9月共有52例老年冠心病病人接受FirebirdTM支架治疗,对这些病人进行6个月的临床随访。结果52例老年冠心病病人共置入72枚FirebirdTM药物涂层支架,其中干预的病例长病变血管(病变长度≥20mm)25例、病变血管参考直径≤2.75mm23例,原普通裸支架内再狭窄4例。手术成功率100%。46例病人完成6个月的随访,随访期间靶病变血管重建术、心肌梗死及心源性死亡均为0,复发心绞痛2例,有9例病人在术后6个月复查冠状动脉造影,未发现支架内再狭窄。结论FirebirdTM支架治疗老年冠心病是安全、有效的,对冠状动脉长病变、小血管病变也有较好的疗效。 Objective To evaluate the safe and effectiveness of FirebirdTM drug-during Stent in aged patients (pts) with coronary artery disease.Methods From november 2004 to september 2005,52 pts were treated with Firebird stents. Follow- up outcomes of the pts were for 6 months. Results Seventy - two Firebird Drug - eluting Stents were placemented in 52 pts. Among them, there were 25 (79.71% ) pts with long coronary lesion, 23 ( 33.33 % ) pts whith smaller reference vessel diameter and 4 pts with stent restenosis. Procedure success rate was 100 %. Fourty-six pts were successfully fallow- up for 6 months following operation. Two pts had suffered recurrent angina. None had target lesion revascularization and myocardial infarction or cardiac death. Nine pts received repetition of coronary angiography after 6 months of interventional procedure with no stent restenosis. Conclusion Firebird^TM drugeluting stent was safe and effective for aged pts with coronary heart disease, and might be still effective for pts with small vessel lesions or long lesions.
